I had a repeat RX1 from KI and was told that is was because they had mislaid the first copy, I didn't want to be in breach of my IVA so resigned it and it still only shows the one note on the land registry docs.

I have to agree with the other posts, I have money set aside from my allowances to pay for things like my 6 monthly water rates or like you say car repairs. Last month my heater plugs needed replacing so that was £50 I just wasn't expecting, if I hadn't this money set aside I would have struggled. T...

Thanks Foggy, I am aware of the 15% reduction, but I don't want to do this unless completely necessary. I'm Ok at the moment, so will my IP force me to reduce payments inline with my income?

I'm coming up to the end of my IVA's first year and been sent the I&E to complete. Because I'm self employed my figures change from month to month. However they have asked for my self assessment from last year, this years books to date and three months worth of bank statements. Looking at my average...

No I am not limited, I am a low earning sole trader. Will they need my previous years accounts in digital month by month format?

I have my annual review coming up in the next few months, and wanted to know if all companies request the same documentation.

Will the require my self assessment tax return for 2015/2016 and my projected earnings for this year?

Is there anything else they require?

Nevillebunny, how did this work out with you last week?

Can I ask how many months bank statements Knightsbridge ask for an annual review? I need to ensure that I have my self employment account in order if they need the full year of my personal and business.

I'm afraid mine does say secured loan or 12 month extension if a remortgage is not accepted.

I know I am worrying in advance, but that's what I do. I'm only a few months into my IVA and know that I have too much equity in my home so will have to go down the remortgage route in a few years time. However if I am denied a remortgage and the IVA company forces me to look for a secured loan, wha...
