The trend seems to be moving towards a secured loan or a remortgage so you might not be able to just do the 12 month extension.

Thank you for all the replies and sorry for the delay in replying. I have done as suggested by Michael and have now completed my IVA by way of a secured loan. I now have a lot of options available to me and am greatly relieved that the IVA is now over.

Some pitches / tenders sometimes have questions specifically asking if any Directors have been bankrupt or have been in an IVA
