Hi ,
It was a Customer Service Manager at the insolvency register who suggested that I send my C of C to the customerservices.eas@insolvency.gsi.gov.uk .. So I am more hopeful of a quicker removal than the 3 months

Hi Everyone , just an update on my own personal situation .. Laura from DFD has been an absolute STAR , she has done exactly as she promised and my C of C is finally winging its way to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just need to see my name disappear of the IR and then I'm totally free .. What a fabulous Christ...

Another update .. just got off the phone with a DFD advisor and said the next time the closure team will look at my particular case will be the 20th December "because thats when they re-look at them" I am flabbergasted and frustrated - I honestly though he was joking at first but he clearly isn't .....

Hi Mike, checking through my credit history again it seems that although my IVA was approved OCT 1st 2009 MBNA sold their particular debt to Pco Holdco Sarl C/O in December ... strange really - but at least it'll come off next month .. Even though I made my last payment on Sep 1st I'm still waiting ...

Hi Michael , TBH I am just going to wait until it falls off my credit file & having searched the internet it will supposedly fall off after the 6 years from default date - regardless of having been satisfied or not ..

Hi, just an update on this .. DFD have confirmed that they are waiting for debtors to register claims and they have till the 26th November or they will loose their right to any monies from my IVA fund .. They have also confirmed as soon as this date passes they will try and fast track my Certificate...
