Just waiting for mods to come through via e-mail no changes to payment which is £385 for 7 months then £460 fot the remaining time which is 6 years.

hi everyone
just wanted to ask if anyone who has gone bankrupt and had there house taken due to having equity in thier home, what the or allows for rent. I hope that my iva gets accepted, but just one of the things i wanted to know just in case.

I have just under £80,000 of debt, credit cards, loans and store cards. One of my loans is with northern rock. the together mortgage. I don't have anyone to buy the equity at the moment.
Hopefully i'm getting a decision tonight to whether my IP is going to take the case on or not, so fingers crossed for me.

What would you do about the equity in my house, would you try and secure some debt on it, sell it and rent it back from a firm if an iva isn't going to work for me. i have an IP at the minute who is working out figures etc at the min to whether an iva would work for me. So not sure if i'l have to go...

Hi just outside the probbable siva limit, what is the limit it is going to be. Rich has £78000, just wondering as this has been suggested with me cos i have NRock as one of my creditors.
