Hi all, Fortunately my IVA F&F offer was accepted in November last year, however I'm still waiting for my completion certificate due to ongoing PPI issues. My partner and I have just attempted to rent a property through a letting agency but unfortunately my application was declined due to my credit ...

Hi all, Just a quick one to pass on the good news, my F&F was accepted by my creditors on Tuesday. Obviously I'm over the moon! :-) The funds were transferred to Varden Nuttall on Tuesday night and I was emailed this morning advising that my file has been sent to the completions team. I asked how lo...

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has an idea on how long it would take to get a decision?

I am posting my offer off tomorrow and would ideally like it to be all done by Christmas - what is the likelihood of getting a yay or nay by then?

Thank you for your help!

Hi all, Just a quick one, a family member has offered to make a F&F offer by paying it off via a credit card. Has anyone done this before? Or does anyone know if it can be done? What do the IP or creditors need to see, is it just written confirmation from the person? Don't really want to go into fig...

Thank you for replying Kazza. The IVA is just in my name, my partner has nothing to do with it and is not included in any I&E that I provide. Things are tight as they are even with her still in full-time work at the moment let alone when she goes on maternity from Christmas. Do you think that the cr...

Good evening all, Just a quick question regarding a potential F&F offer. My partner and I are having a baby in February - this has already had a big impact on my I&E with saving for baby bits and also learning to drive. Things are already getting extremely tight even before baby arriving :( I curren...

Thank you very much for replying Broke, much appreciated - and thank you for the congratulations :-) I was so disappointed with their response, I really wouldn't want to give up on the IVA with only 18 months to go so I hope I can speak to someone flexible like you said. I shall try contacting Garet...

Hi all, I am three and a half years into my IVA (paying £264 a month) so I am just wondering if anyone could help me out on a couple of queries. First off, I am moving into my partner's place within the next month and she has a son so I will be contacting my IP (at Varden Nuttall) regarding my new I...

Thanks Pandy.

I've just spoken to my IVA company and they've pretty much said exactly the same :-(

I wish Egg would have sent the cheque to me and I could have claimed it as a F&F - oh well, I can dream!

Hi all, Sorry if it is a bit of a long one! I received a call from my IVA company (Varden Nuttall) before Xmas saying that they were going to contact my creditors about claiming back any PPI that I was entitled to so I signed authority form when it came through, sent it back and didn't think anythin...

Hi, I have been interviewed for a new job and have fortunately been successful with it. The role is in the financial services sector but I would be dealing with complaints. The strange thing is now that they have asked me to complete an application form for their records and one of the questions is:...
