Unfortunately it is only part time work at the moment (16 hours) and currently only for a fixed 1 year contract. So a bit hesitant to go back into an IVA if after a year i can not sustain it. Thanks for this advice, I spoke to our HR department and outrightly told them my credit rating was a bit naff and they have said that its not a problem - as you say the company is liable for it.

I a with money debt and credit, not really had any problems with them so far so good.

I spoke to someone in post appointments and actually to be honest i have no idea of my actual IPs name, unless i dig out the paperwork and go direct through to her.

Hi I phoned my IP today about advice for a student loan and i would not be allowed to apply for a student loan whilst in the IVA because its seen as "additional credit" so that means putting my university education off for another 4 years, by then i will be 32, its going to take 6 years of universit...

they are £270 a month, which on paper i can pay but recently with the moving and everything that goes with it, it has been harder.

I will talk to my ip on friday anyway when i phone to pay this months installment and see what they suggest.

I had no debts with my current bank prior to starting my IVA, i just used it to have my child benefit paid into and then started using it as my main account just before getting into the IVA. I dont have an overdraft on my account, they allow money to go through and then charge me for it!!! I cant af...
