I got my email from Aperture on 19th Jan after final payment October & I recieved the paper version in today's post whoop whoop feels great , well done you.

I just got my CC last week from GT/Aperture.

PPI claims are still ongoing.

yes they are painfully slow! I had been asking since month 54 about the valuation as I knew there was little equity ,finally in month 58 they sorted it grrr.

I am still hoping that they use my valuation (especially as I paid for it) or even an average of mine & Zoopla (as currently the equity isn't even 25 pounds over the 5k).

Should they still disagree I will ask them to demonstrate their calculations ,
