My dad paid the money to them today, just off the phone to them and been told should be all done within 3/4 weeks with my CC. Should I give them that long or should I be chasing them up earlier to get it soon as pos.

Hiya, I have just done the same, I owed just short of 6k on my IVA and offered 5k and it was accepted without any problems.

I got my variation proposal through from my IP today, got to sign it and they will start the ball rolling to end my iva, reading it through they recommend that they accept it, so far so good .

Just off the phone to them and they seem to think 5k will be accepted by them and told me just to get my dad to write a letter and send it into them to start it off. Fingers crossed.

The extension thing was never mentioned to me either, I did not know anything about this until reading about it on here. Shall I just ring them and say my dad will pay it off for me, im so nervous.
