Approximately how much should the fees be on an iva of £32000?

I submitted a revised I&E statement to my iva provider in 2013. This has not been actioned and a complaint raised. As I have overpaid can I reclaim the overpayment plus interest?

My iva provider has written to my saying I owe money going back to 2012. My protocol and a member of their staff state as part of my annual review they will write with any overpayments required.
