I've now had a phone call from Norton Laons tying to find me a mortgage for £136000 over 16 years. They know nothing about Just Lending's secure loan malarkey.

I've replied; "Don't bother. A loan is not part of my IVA T&Cs. Therefore, it does not apply to me".

I spoke to CF on Friday (27th March), and they said the MVM was taking place at 3.00pm that day.

Were they telling me porkies?

I was more than happy to hand over the PPI money I received. In fact, I did so, and never expected to see any of it. It was only when I received my Annual Review many months later, that Melanie told me I could keep 50%. It came as an unexpected surprise.
