I've found my agreement letter from PJG. It states I will make 60 payments, and thanks me for my first payment and states my second payment will be collected by Standing Order in September 2011. This means my calculation that my final payment should be made in July 2017 is correct. I've emailed it t...

Hello all, I started my IVA with PJG in 2011. I made my first payment in August 2011. With PJG, my IVA ticked along without any drama. My IVA was then sold to CreditFix. That's when the problems started (Feel free to take a look at my previous postings for details). However, there is now light at th...

I imagine they could scare a few people into taking out secured loans.
If I hadn't been able to access this forum, I may very well have believed their lies and lumbered myself with four more years of debt.

Well, this story now has a happy ending. I've just rung CreditFix and explained about today's fiasco. I told them that my T&Cs don't include an option, for a loan, and that I Would like to extend my IVA for 12 months. They agreed immediately !! No quibble, no argument, not a murmur. My file has been...

Hi all,
I've now just received a text message from a company called Norton Loans. It reads: "Good news. We will shortly be calling you on behalf of Just Lending Scotland Ltd to your recent loan application".
I think not !

Seanj67, you're in exactly the same situation as me. My IVA also ended in July, and I heard nothing from CreditFix. It wasn't until I contacted them that this process started. I also signed the new agreement with CF, but, as you say, that only mentioned fees and PPI. There was nothing about equity r...

Hello all, I have an IVA with CreditFix. It was initially with PJG, but was sold to CreditFix a few years ago. I have reached the stage of equity release. My T&Cs state that I either do the usual re-mortgage, or, I carry on with my payments for the next 12 months. I've been contacted by a company ca...

I was more than happy to hand over the PPI money I received. In fact, I did so, and never expected to see any of it. It was only when I received my Annual Review many months later, that Melanie told me I could keep 50%. It came as an unexpected surprise.
