It used to be that Payplan took whole of household income to determine what needs to be paid.

The credit union will vote against it - at the end of the day the money they lent was taken from other savers.

You will need to be careful around how the impact of their voting could be.

A full and final is generally based on your monthly payment x the number of months left e.g. £100 x 36 =£3600.

Was it your creditors that rejected your first offer or the IP/member of staff you are dealing with as this does not seem quite right?

Technically a credit card balance can be seen as a breach of T&C's but would not reduce an agreed monthly payment in this scenario.

You would be better off spending the money on something else.
