Thanks for they reply. it was quite a substantial payrise due to shift pay etc so 50% would have increased our payment by £300 ish. We did inform the IP at the time and they said it would be looked at at the review but we were still uncertain about back paying it. We shall await the review coming ba...

Micheal, if a payrise was first received in Sept, and a final annual review was sent off for November, would you say that the 10% 50/50 (or just 50/50) wouldn't need to apply for those 3 months pay then? We have the money put aside expecting it to be paid to them, but it would be nice suprise if we ...

We are approaching the end of our IVA and received a letter from Santander, a statement/ notice of sums in arrears. I think we have probably had letter in the past but as we know it was all in the IVA never really looked at them. We have noticed now though that this account number has a 'NO' underne...

We have had a payment break to cover maternity leave which is now showing as arrears on our IVA. Is it possible to pay the arrears in month 60 if a family member can help us out? Can the IP actually refuse to let us do this therefore being able to claim on any overtime in the last 9 month too? We ju...

So we have submitted our totals and with our house valuatuion done by a local agent we should have no equity available to re mortgage. Even if our IP use an online valuation an average of the two should mean that if it is worked out 85% LTV then we still have none, or at least 5k clause each. Finger...

Congratulations! We took a payment break whilst I was on maternity leave of 9 months, 2 yrs into our IVA. In hindsight I wish we had continued with the payments and stuck with our original end date as we now have the arrears to pay back. Seemed to be the right decision at the time, although since th...

I'm about to begin a new job, same salary, same hours just a new employer. Do I need to tell the IP about it? I can't remember if they have my employers details anywhere other than on payslips anyway. We are month 54 and getting house valued this week, so close to the finish line so dont want any pr...

Coming to the end of ours soon and we definitely view spending differently. We still 'want' as much stuff as before, perhaps more so after going without for so long but we know we can get it, we just have to wait and save.
