Hi and good luck for today

I am a bit confused though if your IVA was rejected at 29p per £ then how can you afford to pay 53p per £ this is nearly a 85% rise.

Looking at these figures I would say bankruptcy is best option 5 years in an IVA is a long time if you cannot afford the monthly payments

I currently earn 24000 if I take a job for 18000 plus overtime to make it up to 24000 would I need to pay 50% of this overtime as this is the ammount I used to earn prior to redundancy or just 50% of overtime in excess of 24000?

Hi my wife works at the same place as me and the company is closing so we will both be out of work my biggest concern is that we now pay 25p in the pound to our joint IVA iff we get jobs on less money what will happen because I dont think creditors will acccept any less.

What will happen if you get a job for significantly less than you are currently earning and you already only pay 25p per £.

Thanks Kerri probably get another job quite easily just not as muck as on now so who knows what will now happen but whats the worst that can happen lose house its only a house.
Probably not a bad thing if went bankrupt get rid of all debt in one go and end up paying back less.
