Hi. Please do speak to Grant Thornton I am sure they will help you. They have been great with us after I lost my job last September. They gave us a payment break too but when it was due to restart I still hadn't secured a job. It looks unlikely that I will get one soon and our income will not allow ...

Thank you all.
It is a huge relief for us and 1 less thing for us to worry about. Things are finally starting to look up. After losing my job and also being taken to court by my ex employers this year had so far been lousy. The court case went my way and now the IVA is over.
Onward and upward for me.

Thanks again everyone. I have just had a call from GT. They are going to go over my I&E from January and she will call me back next week. She also said not to worry and that she is sure they can find a solution.
It has put my mind at ease a bit.
Once again. Many Thanks for all your support.

Thanks for the support but I really don't know that it will help. It will take a lot longer than 6mths I'm afraid due to the circumstances that I lost my job (I was dismissed for gross misconduct) I am in the process of trying to prove my innocence at the moment and I have a solicitor working for me...

Thanks. Yes the union rep will be with me. It was him that got it postponed. I just feel so stupid that I cannot remember even serving the customers that have made the allegations. I have been on anti depressants since Feb and really don't need all this hassle. just struggling to cope at the moment....

I need copies of notes from previous meetings to make sure there are no errors listed. Also supposed witness statements which I have not yet seen. All my work colleagues are behind me and I have there full support. They say it could have happened to anyone of them.
Thanks again.
