Hi, Does anyone heard of IVA Council? Have you got a call telling you that you are a victim of missold of IVA and A company can represent you to claim your money back? and they will represent u to apply for bankcruptcy? I have! Please clarify. Thank you.

gavin, simple, if they asking for u...tell them that "he is not available". You don't need to worry, it takes a bit of time before they get the paper work. just a thought: is debtmatter a practitioner? or broker? why pass your info to someone else when they are advertising themselves to help u with ur debt. It won't take 8 months to put together your IVA. Mine takes a few weeks for proposal to come then a month or less for creditors meeting and voting....

Hi Storm, I did had a browse on the website you posted. No, Thank you. Although it does sound very posh again buying with a card, a mastercard but i was put off with the transaction charge. Imagine, using it 5 times in a day? Most of your money goes to your transaction charge...tsk tsk tsk ... there...

Hi,
Try Nationwide and ask for Flex account. It is the basic account and you have a cash card. Don't mention anything, just say you want to open a new account and say where it goes.
Have your utility bills ready or any identification as normal.
