What’s happened to this overpayment?

I've completed IVA last year and got certificate in Nov. I'd like to lease a new taxi for work.3.5k deposit.. Then.£668 for 48 months
And then either a 16k balloon payment or give vehicle back. What would be my chances of being accepted ?

I'd say if they have to pay in laws back(100%?), how much in the pound are they paying back in iva... Pay the amount that's the least

No.... Payplan allowed me 3000 pounds in total . I am now saving for a deposit, effectively homeless for a year !! Don't trust IVA companies

I was told by payplan id need a small deposit to rent as I was selling house to pay back IVA.. Now I'm sleeping on friends floor as rental companies want 12 months rent . IVA s are a rip off !!!!!

My iva has just finished but when I tried to rent a property I was told by estate agent company that I'd have to pay 12 months rent in advance....is this the going rate for bad credit renters??? Hello, my full and final meeting was at noon today , to hopefully conclude my iva. I was told to be available on the phone around this time . Nobody called then or since ...??? Does that sound like meeting went good or bad , anyone know ?

No I'm now making a full and final offer.... I thought I had enough to pay 100 percent. But then I was told i actually owed another 30k.
I wish I had gone bankrupt 3 yrs ago but that's hindsight for you.
