You must declare any additional income at any time. If you have a new job it is probably best to do your annual review a few months early as you will have different costs for travel etc as well which may affect how much you would owe.

btw the payplan IPs are John Neil Harrison and Kenneth Marland. Won't help you though, the switchboard just won't put client's through to them. If you are not happy with your case officer's response then ask to speak to a team leader.

Not how it works at payplan urbanfox, the case officers prepare your query for you and take it to the IP to speak on your behalf if it is something he needs to answer.
