thanks for your comments, we have to 'give notice' of marriage and to do this he has to live in the borough we're getting married in - which he currently doesn't, so he has to move in a couple of months before the wedding. I will still be in my IVA in July/August 2013 (when fiance will move in) - all be it the last two months of the IVA, do you think that this will be a problem? Will they want me to fill out a new expenditure form for this?

I have 13 payments left on my iva and have just got engaged. I want flying get married in Oct 2013 which is one month after the iva finishes. We will not move in together until we r married. Should I yell my ip of the situation?
