<t>I think I may be in breach of my IVA. I'm in my 5th year with about 8 months to go. I've never missed a payment but have taken out 2 credit cards since the IVA started and have additional debt of £4000. I'm ay my wits end, like I was before the IVA started. I'm so scared this will fail. I've cut ...

Hi Hubert yes I was PJG and transferred to CF also, and yes I'm totally with you all the way on this one, some clear clarity on the basic questions is all that we need to put our minds at rest so that we can carry on with our lives

Yes Grimswold please count me in, this whole situation is quietly frankly ridiculous with CF, my anxiety and stress levels since transferring to CF have gone through the roof, by sticking together hopefully we can do something about this,

This is getting so ridiculous, how r we supposed to say pay for car repairs if we have not put money by for this, like the majority I have a savings account that I put in for these issues, I also have been doing overtime recently and religiously paid each month the uplift from the 10/50/50 ruling, s...

Hi abbiesmum200, did you or Creditfix set the standing order up, I'm just concerned that when I set up through Barclays it asks for the account name which I'm assuming you enter client deposit a/c and ref which mean the IVA ref and my name and both these appear would appear on my bank statement as w...

I disagree setting up the new bank account the IVA reference will appear on my bank statement. I have a Barclays Cash Card a/c. When setting up new standing order, it asks for account name and reference and both of these appear on my bank statement, so how can Susan Wrigglesworth name appear, I don'...
