i managed to get a barclays cash card account even though they were a creditor. I suppose that's the one good thing about an IVA. Oops you spotted my spelling error. I meant non-dependents i.e. someone you are related to but not someone you are married to or any child you have care over. An aunt or uncle for example.

Do the creditors need to see an itemized expenditure or do they have to accept the IP's word as a licensed professional that the offer is a reasonable one?

Are other not-dependents in a household considered when calculating what is a reasonable offer?
