Hi everyone thanks for replys have asked this as 54 month is up in May and need to start looking at this but by the sounds of this i will have problems trying to release equity so looking at anouther 12 months of payments as i believe.

10% and 50% overtime
My allowance is £1300 a month
if I do overtime my weekly wage will add up over the month to around £1500 is the 10% that I am alloud to keep based on 10% of the allowance which would be £130 or 10% of my wage with overtime which would be £150 before the 50% ruling kicks in.

Hi to you all.
I am also with Wilson Phillips so does that mean my direct debit with be cancelled as i have not heard any thing about a switch to Grant Thornton a bit concerned after reading the post from stressed out.
