I had my IVA accepted in Aug. I have now found out that my ex husband has not told me the full extent of the debts! I moved out of the property/pub business we leased from a brewery in Sept 2005 and noe fnd out he owes 8000 on the electric bill! My nameis still on the bill!!! What do I do???

You are right Andy, Sorry, MDC put forward 380 as a mistake originally the amount I can afford has always been 589. MBNA did not vote.

All agreed to the initial proposal that MDC put through by mistake apart from HSBC of 380 per month!
HSBC only agreed to 589 per month which works out at 40p per pound. MBNA, Co-op, Egg all agreed and HSBC to the 589 offer. Hope this makes sense.
