Hi I completed my iva 4 years ago and I'm trying to pursue a ppi claim against mbna but they want a full copy of the standard terms and conditions of the iva contract. Which I haven't got any ideas where I can get this paperwork thanks

I completed my iva 3 years ago and I'm now in the process of claiming ppi back off of first direct they have made me an offer but they said the money they will give me will be setting this amount against my debt with them this surely cannot be right??

santander actually sent me a letter as i had a loan with them and i filled out all the paperwork and 6 weeks later they said im entitled to a nice sum of money.

no not yet but once i accept their offer they will transfer the money to me.

hi mine got accepted in april but my iva company still have an issue with one of my creditors max recoverey-abbey national so im still waiting for my certificate of completion my iva company are basically dragging there heals.
