Hi there. I was made redundant just 1 month into my IVA. Thought it was curtains, however, my IP told me to 1) not borrow any money off relatives etc and 2) work out what I could afford to pay them and submit a income & expendature spreadsheet.I will say that they do expect the deficit to be paid at...

Hi Johnz, Your not alone, despiration made those thoughts enter my mind. I have no religious faith, so I couldn't say that some god was doing all these sh!t things to me and my family for some higher reason. I wanted to simply die. However, I have found, in life all things are transient, beit life i...

That is a little early, to be frank, unless you have experienced a dramatic change in circumstances. The guidelines that a lot of firms use are based on the CCCS model - in my opinion outdated and unrealistic, but it still seems to have some credibility amongst some lenders. I propose a new virtual...

Consider me and the mrs signed up. I agree with Melanie its perhaps the individuals but the company ethics that need regulating. How any people have followed orders and caused misery in the past 100 yrs.

The ambulance chasers must be weeded out.

Question. Isn't publicly displaying all of that info against the Data Protection Act? Johnz Yes it is, however, there is no-one to regulate this insolvency business. Any complaints are dealt with by the IP's Customer Care or "Don't care" Dept. They are not responsible to anyone other than the Credi...

Dentists are lovely people, I work with them all the time. I just don't like having all that stuff in my mouth. Sweets are bad, but the dark side is far more fun[}:)]

The money was secondary to my mortal fear of Dentists. Although paying that amount of money to have a drill jammed in my mouth and have an incomprehensable conversation about the state of Welsh Rugby at the time was hard to swallow (just like welsh rugby).

Does anyone know if they still make Fuse bars. They are a recent addition to the Caburys repetoir but they have appeared to have vanished. As they were a cornerstone of my less than adequite diet, I sorely miss them. Wispa's are nice though[:)]

Ola! Actually Chocolate is a poison to humans as well. In very small animals (i.e. Squirrels etc) its fatal. It actually makes dogs depressed. A fatal dose for a human is 23lbs (thats alot of Dairy Milk). I think my wife tries to top herself every night with the stuff. I've never liked Revels! Malte...

Tax Credits are one of the many thorns in my side. Since Jan this year they have sent four letters saying that they are stopping payments because they have made a mistake and after all the bills and IVA were paid it left me with £30 to feed a family of four for a month. I spoke to Tax Credits who we...
