Obviously credit by way of a mortgage to purchase your home is necessary. I was saying other credit ie credit cards or loans etc are morrally wrong.

when in an iva you are not supposed to take out credit during the term of the iva. If your selling your car then im sure the proceeds of that are classed as a windfall therefore payable into the iva. Hi Melanie

Halifax and Hsbc i beleive voted via their representative. They were my major creditors and the other smaller creditors didnt vote.

Hi Melanie thanks for your reply xxx the home i live in with the children is in my sole name no secured loans or anythng against the property or mortgage. The old family home mortgage is in joint names with no additionalsecured lending against it other than the mortgage. Thank you for eveyone's help...
