Thanks Andy There was just no point in agreeing to unafordable terms only for me to fail the iva due to hardship. I had to stand my ground with the creditors. Hi Melanie
Halifax and Hsbc i beleive voted via their representative. They were my major creditors and the other smaller creditors didnt vote.

Hi Melanie thanks for your reply xxx the home i live in with the children is in my sole name no secured loans or anythng against the property or mortgage.
