How much do you have to pay to the company that sets up your IVA? I've read somewhere that around two payments of what you expect to pay once the IVA is approved? Is this true? and if so how you can pay this amount if you had a;ready spent almost all the money you had paying your debts?

Hi, This is my first post although I've been reading the forum for the last three months or so. I have £95000 of debt and am thinking in going into an IVA. I'd like to know how much the minimum payment would be for the IVA to work. One of my creditors is HSBC.
