One final thing for tonight!! They extended my IVA to 6 years from 5 due to their error does this mean it will be post 1 year after this until it drops off report or it still stands at the 6 year mark and drop of your credit files?

At my original IVA creditors meeting only one bothered to vote.....now i want to offer settlement what if these creditors dont bother again, can I offer a lower amount to the one that does bother to attend? and nothing or very little to the others or dosent it work like that?

I am 2.5 years into IVA and wish to make an offer....my original debt was £45342 and I am paying 0.31p in the £, my monthly payments for 1 year were reduced to 250 and are normally 300 as per the first year. My parents have offered to help me out which is lovely of them. To date the IP have taken their fees so I assume I would not need to offer 10k?
Surely they cannot take fees for anything more?
