Thank you for your comments. 2 of my defaults are dated after the IVA commenced which is now no longer on my record. One of my accounts is just stating in arrears since 2010. I have emailed the companies and sent a message to Equifax regarding this.

That's fab news. I'm scared to apply for a mortgage without help as the effect it could have on my credit report if declined. It just shows there is success after an IVA.

Thank you for posting this. It gives me hope. My Iva is due to come off my file 30/06. I have already had my CC as I paid my IVA off early. Looking to sell my home and buy a larger one. I have emailed both Shaun and Ryan and I am waiting responses. Was it a straight forward process?
