Hi we've just started our IVA and our car has died on us beyond repair. Has anyone leased a car and if so who from ? Our IP said to get some figures together and to go from there. We deffinately can't do without a car as i have limited mobility and also two small children.

This is what I'm hoping happens. I wish we had started with an iva instead of DMP as we would be nearer the end of the tunnel !!!

This is what I was told too Wayne after 2 years on a DMP we have just started our IVA and am worried as we will to have LTV under 85% but were told that we would just have to extend for a year as they couldn't make you extend your mortgage term. Really hope you get it sorted out and hopefully it mig...
