Someone has been jailed for a similar thing although, it was a much larger win on deal or no deal.

I'm sure your IP will have something to say about this.

Good Luck.

Hiya foz,

In regards to offering F&F, I think you would need to offer a bit more than that, something a bit closer to the total debt amount I would think.

I would be interested to hear if anyone has gone through the complaints procedure.

Did it make any difference?
Did you get the answers you were looking for?
Was it a waste of time?

Please share your experiences on this.

Barry,
If there is any PPI to be claimed, they will sniff it out and claim it, believe me.

Even if you are 100% sure you have no more claimable PPI, they will still want to check for themselves, or get you to sign a contract saying that any future PPI claims goes to them.

Hi tra23dog,
did you pay 100p in the £?
It seems that any PPI that was available during the IVA will still go to your IP.

Well said Mikey, it grinds my gears too what these people get away with.

123459, you say your IVA is over, but what percentage did you pay back?
Although it seems that even 100p in the £ is not enough for these people.

Did you not have to close your account before entering the IVA?
I was told to open an account in a different bank.

Yes David, I am affraid they got you by the short and curlies, IP's can do no wrong, what they say goes, They got everything tied up in a nice little bow and there is nothing that can be done about it. Even paying 100p in the £ is not enough. My agreement has been broken on so many levels, yet I can...

Hi Rosemary, I feel your pain as I was in the same situation. IMO there is really no point to DMP's, I learned this the hard way, what is the point if you are still being charged interest and your debt is increasing? There should really be something done about this. you should be much better off wit...

Try emailing Matt Singleton, not sure if I am allowed to post his email address here, but he usually comments on a lot of DFD posts, you will find one of his posts under 'DFD never fail to infuriate', then from there, you can find his profile and email address. He is, however out of the office until...

Am I missing something here, as I have seen a few posts regarding this. My PPI was from my creditors and was paid directly into my IVA. There is nothing in my agreement regarding PPI but assumed it would fall into the windfall clause. I'm glad it went into my IVA as this should help me get F&F early...

I'm no expert, but this sounds ridiculous to me. It is bad enough handing over £20,000 without being told that none of this will come off the debt. It sounds like a claim company was used, so 30% will go to them, and I know that your IP will get a %age of it too. Hopefuly there will be an expert aro...
