Expecting it by end of this month. The cheque was a big surprise as didn't really believe we would get anything. My head is still in IVA mode so it's telling me to stash it away just in case but it would pay for two tickets to New Zealand to see my sister, decisions decisions lol

Hi Lisa, it's because I had to use £960 pounds of the 4 months payments I had saved to pay for the repairs on central heating. Well today was the day and just received call regarding variation, it's been accepted #128516;. Only one small issue, they are willing to write off half the cost of the money used to pay for repairs to the boiler/central heating but I still need to find an extra £500.
