Hi Melanie,
A variation 'meeting' was the only offer I was given, I was told that my creditors would have to agree to end the agreement early, regardless of how much I was able to pay. They still had to go through the same process apparently.

This makes me really angry, I am in the same position. IVA paid off in full April 2013, still no completion certificate.
