Thanks for your comments. Im very pleased to say ive decided against an Iva..i was totally pressured into moving forward onto one. Im vulnerable, have mental health needs, told the firm i was not coping with the stuff they were telling, but she carried on...not telling me the whole picture of an Iva...

What about money i may inherit whilst im on my Iva? Will it be taken away from me???? :0(...are there guidelines for amounts...
