It took me 8 months from my first request to arrange my F&F with Payplan. They lost paperwork, they lost letters which I knew they had received from using recorded delivery. Weeks and weeks went by while they looked in to things for me and letters, emails and phone calls went unanswered and most ann...

Swapped to a co-op cashminder account for the duration of my IVA and had no problems at all but I did manage the account responsibly so no idea what they are like if you mismanage your account.
Still bank with the co-op now.

Hello again, Sorry to ask more questions but I really need to get my head round all this. I have asked for everything by way of a subject data request and am now in possession of most phone calls and all the paperwork relating to my wife's DMP and the amount of stuff they have wrong is actually quit...

Yes, you do have the right to feel aggrieved and also the right to a full (and correct) explanation. Unfortunately, other than a formal complaint to Payplan, which you can then escalate to their regulatory body, you have no avenues or organisations which can help --- a situation I tried to bring to...

Hi folks, Firstly apologies because this is going to be a long one. My main question is why was my wife put in to a DMP instead of an IVA. Nearly 6 years ago now we hit the buffers and had to get help and we chose Payplan (who I now despise with a passion, truly awful company). I was clueless and ha...

I made my final payment at the beginning of Nov 2017 and got the completion cert in the first week of Feb 2018, 3 months to the day.
However, I hounded Payplan for it as it took them forever (and longer) to do anything I asked for.

Well done on getting to the end, isn't it a great feeling! I made my final payment by way of a F&F to Payplan on Nov 7th 2017 and got my completion certificate at the start of Feb this year. I had all sorts of issues with Payplan and most were caused by their failure to do anything in a timely fashi...

Until you get that certificate you are still in an IVA and they can grab windfalls, so I would wait untikl then -- unless the pension and proceeds were listed as an excluded asset. Who are you with ? Many firms take less than a couple of months (barring complications) -- Aperture and Payplan take l...

I am sure I am not on my own here when I say my house is falling down! The years building up prior to entering my IVA then for the 5 years during it has meant I had zero to put towards maintenance and our house is in dire need of work, especially now winter has well and truly arrived. I have three p...

Just thought I would post an update, I had the meeting earlier today to see if my full and final offer would be accepted. It was!!! I cannot begin to explain the relief! The regular payments that I had made since April were deducted from my initial offer so after nearly 5 years, Payplan finally did ...
