<t>I am entering my sixth year of IVA, no equity release was available, in my first year when paying £151 I took two repayment holidays, my repayments are now £295, would I be allowed albeit a bit cheeky to try and repay my payment holidays if I happen to have the available funds and therefore not h...

Hi, I recently entered into an IVA but did not realise that I would no longer be able to act as trustee for a local charity. The Charity Commission have recently written to me to say I have to resign, does anyone know if there are any ways around this? I do not receive any remuneration or expenses f...

Hi,

I finished my IVA several years ago and have just received a letter from a company called Central Audit Bureau claiming that I may be entitled to money based on new criteria. Has anyone else received anything similar and is there any point me wasting my time calling them???

Best regards,

DM

Anyone else received a letter from these people stating that monies may be due to me after completing my IVA due to recent High Court Decisions?

I suspect it is a scam of some kind, I have asked the experts but just wondered if anyone else had received anything similar.

Reclaiming PPI from creditors to pay back to them??? Seems like a way for Insolvency Practioners to justify some additional fee income or is that just me being sceptical as GT are peeing me off sending me these forms 18 months after my full and final was agreed but not got completion docs due to div...

Hi, Your not alone! I am still waiting for my completion docs after 18 months since my full and final. GT blame it on Debt Matters who my arrangement was originally with, really doing my head in as apparently their completions team do not take phone calls and when I speak to customer services for an...

Dear All, Had the very exciting news today that the wife is pregnant! We have 9 months left on our IVA currently paying £1,000 per month (joint IVA). I recently contacted our IP as we had not been asked to get property revalued which is a clause in our IVA. As it happens we find ourselves in negativ...

Hi All,

Just had the paperwork for my final review, all of a sudden GT are asking for 12 months payslips instead of the usual 3, anyone else had this or have any idea why they are asking for them all of a sudden?

I am in a similar situation, wont have any equity and have made higher payments than I initially started (£540 first year £900 since first year review due to payrise/promotion). I hope that after five years it will be over or will I be expected to pay and additional 12 months? At first I thought cre...
