I was allowed to keep my whole personal injury claim, not just pain and suffering.
My IP made sure she wrote it in proposal to exclude like bankrupcy but has since said I would have kept it anyway. So not all is lost

Advice for all people who have an ongoing Injury Claim whilst taking out an IVA. Be upfront with your IP and ask for it to be excluded in your proposal. But finding it hard as always have minimal money come the last week!!!!

Exactly my thinking at the time - I'll win it back! It never works! If an IVA is right for you, gambling won't stop you being accepted.
