I was wondering does anyone know if you have a problem getting a visa to visit the UNITED STATES while your in an iva?
Aside from that- you can go on holiday if you have the pennies to do so & I agree camping is the best holiday to have with kids! We've done it for years!!

We were with mccambridge Duffy. & had a fair budget with them. I would say we were able to haggle a bit - but then we do have 4 kids & costs for us did change a bit. They are very professional & get things done & never put any pressure on us. We had no hold ups over completion certificates either. I...

Luluj personally recommended Ryan to us. I am so grateful for that! I think you'll find there are few recommendations from happy customers on this forum!

Hi Sara, just wondering if your full & final was accepted before the accident of your parents?

I think if that's the case:
You could never have predicted such unforeseen circumstances after your f&f was accepted & you should take the advice of your solicitor on board .

An IVA is not an easy option - so consider it carefully. It will take over 6-7 years of your life ,of strict budgeting , penny pinching & yearly income & exspenses reviews. You will be given a budget of which you will be expected to live within . Your credit file will be useless until a year after y...

Your iva has to have dropped off the insolvency register ( that can take up to 3 months) .on the 6th anniversary of when you started your iva your credit file will be clean, You will need to actively clean your files up though. (Which isn't difficult, just a bit time consuming)
