I have put in I\E and they advised I couldn't afford it on my own so they r putting FNF with funds paid proposal through, fingers crossed.

That's nice we are amicable at the moment with a few hairy moments but were together 15 years I miss her and the kids and find some days are better than others

they are seperate, however we did submitt joint I&E's and they accepted this.

I earn alot less than the ex so I would struggle with that and maintence payments, are they taken into account on the I&E does anyone know?

Are they more likely to go for it with there only being 7 months, I would assume by the time they sorted it it would only be 6 months anyway, do you?

I have just rented and through an estate agent, I was open and honest and advised them of situation. They agreed to do checks knowing it would fail, ask them to do an in house evaluation for affordability, you should be fine.

We have 7 months to run on our seperate IVA's. My dilema is 1, Do I carry on with payment and struggle for 7 months? 2...

di you manage to get variation or settle with what has been paid, I am going through similar at the moment?

Use the letter templates from martins money saving expert, I just did for my mams and she has had 1500 back so far.

after chatting to the account person, we agreed it wouldn't be in our best interest to do a full and final at this time, as we had a payment break for maternity which we forgot about so it doesn't finish till next july, nevermind only 13 months to go.

I can understand the I&E as to the reason why surely like everyone in an IVA it is so that it is done and dusted, nevermind thanks for the info.

I think it is a good offer for the joint IVA as well, fingers crossed
