We have 2 tenants in the same block of apartments as me who have been made bankrupt, the management company says we cant charge them service charge fees whilst they are bankrupt, only fees for before and after their bankruptcies, is this correct? Obviously their lack of payments mean the rest of us h...

I think my IP charged £500 for each of my variation meetings!...obviously if the remortgage is accepted as a full and final you will save on the IP fees for year 6 anyway!. My full and final offered below the amount promised at the start of my IVA ( i think creditors do realise the world is a differ...

I agree with kaykay, I would ask the matter to be put to your creditors, whilst your IP can advise you, they dont know which way your creditors would vote at the end of the day. The offer should be "finish at the end of 5 years and they get the remortgage money OR you just carry on as you are till e...

I was granted a remortgage DURING my IVA to offer a full and final (then the financial crisis struck) and they withdrew my mortgage offer and the F and F failed. It WAS possible to remortgage during an IVA, but obviously the world financially is a very different place now...so you were not necessari...
