Just finished my 6 yr iva. Applied for and got a new job in IT.
Am currently filling in background checks. It asked are you insolvent? Am i classed as insolvent or is this if you have had your own company?

Hi all just had my f and f accepted but received this letter from payplan saying before i get the certificate i must agree to add any ppi. Have to sign this form.
Is this manditory?

Hi all After 6 long years of scrimping and scraping our IVA is over. I want to thank this forum and its advisors for there free support. I dont think i could have managed. Are they likely to approve it? If they dont do they get nothing if iva fails

Hi all. Partner and i both in an iva. Just approaching end of year 6 (nram together morgage) . My partner is now jobless and payplan have said to try for payments to date. It is currently frozen. There is equity in the house. My question is are the creditors likely to refuse or agree? Am i right in ...

If only. Im affraid that is not an option. We have already had a paynent break last year for 5 months due to partners mental health issues

Hi all. At the end of a 6 yr (nram) no i have to get house evaluation. Which company tends to valuate at a lower rate? Obviously i dont want there to be over 5%.

I think tbere is some equity. Sadly my family are not in a position to help out.
Ill send it in and see what happens my gripe is that when i first took it out im sure i was told 6 yrs and that would be it. Im hoping that these calls are recorded.
