Thanks, i have never done anything like this before and would never forgive myself if my IVA prevented my partner from buying his house. I am not on the mortgage, it is all in his name. This is the only time i have been needed and my signiture needed

I would love to ignore the iva. My other half does say it would be our home but it would still be in the back of my mind that he could ask me to leave at anytime with it being his house in his sole name. Can i risk being homeless?
