Well I followed the advice of sending GT an email with Iva forum as the subject line, complained about still not receiving my CC after final payment in May 2012 and surprise surprise I haven't received an email response. But I have received a letter in the post from GT telling me what the complaints...

I have sent two emails again, one to the closures dept and another to customer service with Iva forum in the subject as suggested on other threads. Hopefully I will get a response soon.
