Could anyone point me to a letter/template for me to use for PPi claim back. I don't know any details except the card account number or loan account number, I'm unsure and unaware if ppi was ever sold. But because of pressure from DFD I need to investigate purely to shut them up.

How can I stop all the calls from EIF, who are working for my IVA company DFD. I have decided NOT to use them (and have told them) to collect any awards in respect of PPI claims. I have downloaded a claim letter and added to it "That the card/loan company can use any reward against my debt with them...

Thanks you for your reply, I have heard that you can approach the creditors direct and ask that if any ppi is available that the creditor take all the refund off the debt owed. is that correct?

I am 2 years + into an iva, and am under a great deal of pressure from DFD to complete a ppi release for EIF. I have expressed my concern over there rates which would cost over 50%. I feel that there are using my situation to make high profits for themselves. Am I under any obligation to allow them ...
