Hubby just had a cheque for ppi I'm in the iva is in my name only would he have to give this to the iva company

Adviced that I had to try and get ppi back which was about a year ago after a conversation a few days ago they told me to 4get gge lasf claim as so near finishing but I was wondering if whdn iva finishes if think2claim will expect me to pay them a fee for the 3 ppis they have already had.

Last payment 1st may then 2 half payments for holiday requests due to car probs ppi question think to claim still ongoing adviced by think 2 claim to leave last claim as in hubbys name iva in my name not his but when ir is all finalised will I owe them a fee think only 3 have paid out all the rest a...

Had an email back off ip stating to check my policy booklet but she did also state that If there was a problem then I can ask for a payment holiday or I could also phone them up and tell them about the iva but like I replied I already informed kwickfit so will wait and see :/

I've emailed and told my relationship manager everything from what has happened to what was said by the insurance guy and where I had informed kwickfit etc so just wait to c what she says

Im worried now the insurance guy came out today and looked over the flood claim he asked few question about any ccjs or bankrupcy I answered no to these he didnt mention iva and neither did I should I have done? I remember mentioning it to kwickfit as they asked what is it.
