Hi, It's been a while since I posted on the forum. Our IVA (last payment) was in March 2012. We didn't receive our completion certificate until September 2013 after a long battle resulting in us signing over all future PPI. Today my husband has received a letter from one of his creditors stating tha...

Hi Foggy,
Thanks for the quick reply.
All three PPI payments to date have stated 8% interest. I will contact them and enclose copies of what I have received stating this. I get so annoyed when, even after all this time, we are still having to battle with them to get the job done!

Hi It has been quite some time since I posted on here but I would appreciate some advice. We completed our IVA in March 2012, and received the Completion Certificate in September 2013 after signing all rights to any further PPI payments to GT. (By this time we were so fed up with the constant delay ...

Hi
Which is the best way to find out if the charge has definitely been released on our property.
Completion Certificate received September 2013 and credit files up to date but we don't want any nasty surprises when we come to sell our house in the future.
Thanks

Totally agree...and as I have said before PPI is an insurance whether miss sold or not and not what was used for credit. A large percentage of our borrowings escalated due to extortionate interest that was added each month. I am not making excuses on what should be paid back but most of us are doing...

Can I also add that a large percentage of our debt included the extortionate interest that was added because we were unable to clear our balance in full at the end of the month. PPI itself whether miss sold or not is an insurance and not what we used for credit. I am not making excuses for us as we ...

Thanks for the update foreverbroke. I cannot understand why GT are asking for this information when they themselves appointed EIC to do the PPI investigations and both companies stand to get a fair amount of any successful claims. I will not be forwarding any further information to them, they can so...

Hi We also received this letter stating that GT were unable to get information from EIC about possible PPI (8% interest) claims. Not too sure what to make of it as I find it hard to believe that EIC are unable to give them the exact information that we have received on the two successful claims that...
