Normally the fifth year would be reviewed. Perhaps this is where the confusion has arisen. The IVA does not have upfront fees.
It was the normal monthly payment.
I was informed that the second payment after my review will be at the lower amount.
I have never looked into the direct debit guarantee.
What I do want is to know why the wrong amount was taken.
