My car is old, by the time I finish the IVA will be veryyyyy old, lets hope it survives.
I'm thinking in buying another car to replace it, hopefully by then there will be some used electric cars for sale, and start saving on fuel as well

Nearly there... Less than 12 hours to go

I've registered my phone as well in TPS a few months back and did see a big difference on calls.
Use to get one every day on my landline, now barely none on landline just on mobile but those I don't even bother to answer.

I've open my bank account when a started the IVA process, and a month later the saving account for car expenses, etc... I hope nothing goes wrong, and they don't close it once the IVA gets approved. (Not a creditor on the IVA)

I think you should definitely check some other companies as well if you not happy.
A courier!!!! That is major pressure for you to sign, they need to give you time without pressure to read everything in case there is more errors on the proposal.

Creditors meeting is booked for the 30th August, I'm starting to get anxious and worrying again that the proposal will get rejected.
2 out of 3 of the creditors hold more that 25%, so a no from one of them will fail the IVA. [xx(]
