No just checked again and my iva is still on equifax as settled even tho its over 6 years so will have tosort that now. I didnt realise it would be so complicated.

My iva finished Jan this year i received my completion certificate this month and have started to check my credit files. My iva is still showing as completed even tho its over 6 years all my creditors have dropped off is this right?

I was with kingsgate, i paid my last payment end of Jan13 and received my certificate last week, they had 3 months "housekeeping" then a further 28 days to send c.c i phoned twice to chase up and they told me they were on top of things and c.cs were being sent out quite quickly so i would keep ringi...

Ive just looked at the past search section on equifax and the only things showing are insurance which iscorrect as i havent applied for any credit but theres nothing to show santander have done a search, should it be visable to me im just wondering if they have refused us without...

Ive now checked experian and equifax and they were clear apart from iva on Equifax everything else had completly gone as im over the 6 year mark now, but i have heard santander can be a bit harsh i just thought as we had banked with them for the last 6 years they would see how well we manage our mon...

Thankyou for being so helpful, i do have the iva on equifax under the notice of corretion so willdeal with that but i have a ccj it tells me the date and which ciurt it was at also the amount but i have no idea what company its for any ideas how i can find this out?
