I was with Step change. Paid my last payment on 1st March 2019 and much to my amazement and delight I have received my completion cert in today's post. I don't have a mortgage and was a solo iva (my husband hasn't got one).
Going to go buy a lottery ticket for tonight's lotto now

Hello all, My IVA is due to end with the final payment being taken on 1st March. What do I do after this date? I'm with step change if that makes any difference. Also at the end do you need to submit all your documents like you do for the yearly review? How long after the final payment should I rece...

I am currently in an iva and have come home to a letter from a debtor advising that they have issued me with an incorrect Notice of Sums in Arrears and will be sending me out a cheque. What does the incorrect notice of sums in arrears mean? And I assume I will have to give the iva company the cheque...

I have spoken to my iva company who have suggested I either earn more or spend less to make my min payment (£89 pm) but that just isn't an option, so they have suggested a 6m break so 'we ca...

I'm in an IVA my husband isn't, we receive child tax credits. I know they are classed as income but should they be split 50/50 when working out my I&E as it is a joint claim?

I will check the report but I'm sure it was 50/50 because he did earn slightly more than me but they put the child tax we receive as my income which made us on equal pay? (The tax credits is obviously a joint claim which will reduce a lot this year now)

My hubby has just had a pay rise (well promotion) and I am in a lone IVA, he has told me that he does not want any of this extra money to go to the IVA as it's his money he has earnt (I can fully understand this as my debt was all accumulated prior to us being together) we currently have a 50/50 spl...
