F&F offer accepted a few days ago, thank you Freeman Jones. Hi All, I haven't posted on here much at all. I have however read lots of posts and comments over the years and have found this site so helpful. I just wanted to say thank you! I can't believe I finally got here, it has a been a very long j...

Update: spoke with IP, they're sending written confirmation of the above (can claim PPis after CC) it is in the terms and conditions of my IVA. Thanks for your help as wouldn't have thought to gain this clarification otherwise :-)

Also, These 2 ppi claims are from a debt included in the iva. Both mortgage accounts were included as my marital home took a big slump in value , right at the start of the recession, it fell into negative equity right in the midst of a divorce. How will these ppis work if these accounts were in join...

I know I'm surprised too. I had signed the paperwork for ppi claims to be completed by the ip around 2 years ago, as I didn't want any hold ups at the end. I was called by the relevant dept at Fj and told I should end the 2 out of 3 claims and restart them following the cc. I've had the documentatio...

Hi All, thanks for your responses. I am speaking with the team (within FJ) that deals specifically with PPI's. They have told me that the rules have changed and to wait for CC. I'm not sure if it's a small claim PPi or not. The last 2 remaining PPi's are from the two mortgage accounts I had ( both o...

Thanks for you reply. The original debt hasn't been paid in full, only the part agreed in the IVA is almost complete/paid. There is a good 30k being written off at the end of the IVA. I thought that all PPi's have to be paid in, even if it takes you over the initial agreed amount to pay for the iva ...

I'm coming to the end of IVA, recently been told by IP to hold fire with remaining 2 PPI claims, 1 has been paid in to the IVA, but told to claim 2 remaining after receiving CC as it should come to me. Is this right?

I believe it is 75%, in my case one company one holds the majority of the decision as most of my debt was with them...so really (as I understand it) it is ultimately dependant on their decision.

Hi All

Quick update: spoke with FJ, the file prep will still take the same length of time unfortunately, however, I'm really pleased as in the interim period my monthly payments into the IVA have been reduced by £200pcm...at least I can now manage, so really happy:-)

Hi Dougie, Yes 2/3 months just to prepare the file, then 28 day rule for creditors meeting! All annual and 6monthly reviews are up to date, they have received all documentation for F&F, can't understand why it will take this long. Welsh wiz when did you complete your F&F? Was it recently? Maybe it i...

Thank you all for the replies. I will call FJ tomorrow to see if I can speed up the process. I'm also still awaiting for part of my PPi, I was told 8 weeks ago that I would be due £250.00 of a £3800 PPi claim, I don't understand why FJ have been holding this payment for so long. It is really frustra...

Hi there I'm in the final year of an IVA with FJ, I have proposed a F&F settlement offer with the help of my parents. I have been told by FJ that it will take 2-3 months to prepare the file and a further 30 days before the creditors meet, I could be looking at a 4 month wait in total....before a dec...
